Alpha for Training and Consulting Methodology is always focusing on practices and applications when conducting any training program. As we believe that the true value of training and knowledge transfer is to equip our customers’ with right and suitable tools to be used on his / her work context conduct work in better performance or reach solution for a problem or barrier in daily work activities. The real difficulty is each company has its’ own problems and has its’ own personality and character as same as its’ employees in each managerial level. Therefore our trainers and consultants are working on facilitating learning process to attendees through discussion, role plays, case studies and activities in order to highlight possible solutions and create suitable tools or application to be used on later stage

Alpha for Training and Consulting believes that each investment has to have a return. And for sure services sector or industry is facing a huge challenges when comes to ROI. In this context Alpha for Training and Consulting is applying Donald Kirkpatrick Training Evaluation Model in measuring to what extend our training is successful in terms of :

  • Quality of training activities.
  • Impact on trainees’ Knowledge, Skills and Attitude.
  • How much successfully TNA practice was done.
  • To assist in enhancing training programs designing and techniques.
  • < Evidence of the contribution that training and development are adding to the organization.

At first training evaluation level “Reaction” we will use Training Evaluation Sheets tool; and after analyzing it we will find out to what extend this level of evaluation is successfully achieved.
At second training evaluation level “Learning” we will prepare and customize Pre and Post Assessment test to measure participants’ depth of knowledge and skills and after analyzing it we will find out the difference in learning and knowledge acquired before and after training.
At third training evaluation level “Transfer” we will create a customized Action Plan to make sure that knowledge and skills acquired through training will well applied and implemented on workplace over 6 months.
At fourth training evaluation level “ROI” we will assist HR team to calculate it after 6 to 12 months.
